The Refurbishment Of Residential Properties For Project 26A

The aim of this proposal is to develop the existing 26 properties from various plots and to give new lease of life for these abandoned residential properties. The scheme requires the implementation of a modern and contemporary design and energy efficient building.

The following are the three types of housing refurbishment proposed:

1. Type A: The Ultra Modern Villa with a total floor area of 10,000 square feet.
2. Type B: Modern Contemporary Detached Houses with a total floor area of 6,100 square feet each.
3. Type C: Modern Tropical Detached Houses with a total floor area of 3,600 square feet each.
