OWMP is requested to provide architectural and consultancy services for the proposed external building refurbishment to BIBD HQ, located in Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam. The design concept calls for creating a corporate identity that relates to the Melayu Islam Beraja (MIB) concept.

The black and vertical form gives an impression of the bank’s future growth meeting clients demand. Flanked on the right and left of the front façade are square form cladded by songket patterned aluminum cladding that belongs to the Bruneian in the regional context.
The approximate surface area for the patterned aluminum composite panel is 4000 square meters and patterned cast aluminium cladding is 800 square meters. The surface wall area for Polished Granite Cladding is approximately 700 square meters.
