Kiarong Permai (KP3) Housing Development

Kiarong Permai is a high-end housing development designed and constructed on the five plots of land along Jalan Ella Fatima in Kiarong.

There are three types of houses in this development which are the following:

a) Type 1 (2 Units Single Detached House) has a total gross floor area of 700 square meters
b) Type 2 (2 Units Single Detached House) has a total gross floor area of 400 square meters
c) Type 3 (1 Unit Singe Detached House) has a total gross floor area of 430 square meters
