Kelda has experiences in various administrative and support/case-working roles, working with non-profit community care organisations, locally and in the UK. In her current role, she acts as the central point of contact for queries and develops on workplace strategies.
Her responsibilities focus on maintaining coordinated and systematic approaches that enhance the working experience. Involved with the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 into the firm’s disciplines, she upholds the importance of facilitating communication and collaboration as crucial to improving our services and systems; standards that boost morale, quality, safety and efficiency.
